Assembly Time
Under normal conditions, our Assembly time (time from order placed, product Assemble time , and shipped out from our facility) is 5 business days.
Occasionally, depending on our current workload,Assembly times may be slightly longer than usual.
Please remember, our products are handmade in the USA.
Shipping
Our Assembly times do not include transit time to the shipping address.
Usually domestic transit times can be from 1-5 business days.
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping once
the USPS has your Package.
Lost or Stolen Packages.
If you are expecting a package, please make arrangements to receive your package when it arrives.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been marked by the shipping carrier as being delivered.
Refund Policy
Our products are handmade and as such, all sales are final.
We will repair or exchange if the product is defective within 30 days of purchase. Please make sure you provide accurate sizing information in order for us to ensure proper fit. If it does not fit due to wrong sizing does not mean it is defective.
Please email us if you have any difficulty ordering the right sized bracelet.
Customer will pay shipping Cost for any bracelet sent back due to improperly measured wrists.
